I’ve asked everyone that doesn’t have a signup account<\/a> but does have a system account to go through the signup process and get a signup account. I’ve also asked everyone that does have a signup account, but one with a name that doesn’t match the system account name, to contact me to clear up which accounts corresponds to which.<\/p>\n

I have a list of accounts that doesn’t have a matching signup account, and everyone that’s left on this list will have their accounts disabled in November. The accounts won’t be removed immediately, but you won’t be able to log in.<\/p>\n

If you don’t have matching system account and signup account names you will get a message when you log in explaining this and what to do about it. You can also check to make sure your name is in the list of signup accounts here: http:\/\/signup.blinkenshell.org\/<\/a> (you should be at step 10 if everything is Ok.)<\/p>\n

This is to clean up a the system a bit, it’s much easier for me to keep things organized if all signup accounts match the system account names. It will probably also help to clean out some old and unused accounts.<\/p>\n

If you havn’t been reading the website for a while you might also want to know that there is a couple of additional things you can do in the signup program when you have reached step 10. You can create a mysql database or change the password for your mysql database if you’ve already created one (if you already had a database before this feature was added please contact me<\/a>.) You can also enable auto-voice for IRC<\/a>.
