Vouching and password recovery

It seems like many newcommers get stuck at step 4 (vouching) in the signup process. Some are not very used to IRC and does not stick around if they don’t get a response right away when they enter the IRC channel. I’ve added a little feature to Blinkenbot so it will print the signup progress of new users joining the channel (if their nicknames matches the one they entered in the signup program). Please help these newcomers so that they can get an account. I’ve also made a change to the way vouchtokens work. You can now “save up” two vouchtokens, and vouch two users in the same day. Everey night you get one (1) new vouch token (up to a maximum of 2).

I’ve also added an option to recover the SSH account password via the signup program. To recover the SSH password via the signup program, you need to be able to access to your signup account (you can recover that password via email), your email inbox, and you can also optionally create a security question which you have to answer to recover your password. Adding a security question can be done via the signup program, and it might be a good idea to do so if you want to add some extra security to the password recovery process of your SSH account.
